Create eye-catching designs for posters, banners, standees, brochures, and other print materials

Collaborate with the team to develop branding concepts and layouts

Prepare files for high-quality print production

Stay updated with design trends and incorporate fresh ideas

Ensure brand consistency across all designs

Proven experience in graphic design (1–3 years preferred)

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools

Strong sense of typography, layout, and color

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills

Prior experience in a print or branding company is a plus

Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations

Oversee vendor management, office supplies, and facility maintenance

Coordinate with departments to support HR, accounts, and production teams

Maintain records, documentation, and internal reports

Handle scheduling, meetings, and general correspondence

Support management in implementing company policies and procedures

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

3+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of documentation practices

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Prior experience in a printing or creative industry is a plus
